Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist in CNN, HLN and other platforms. In March 2012, Bonnie will be the TV expert, co-executive, and producer of a DIY NETWORK special, entitled Last House ReSISTING. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER which came out from Palgrave Macmillan on January 31 of 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In her role as a special assignment reporter, she was reported on every week three times covering entertainment, lifestyle as well as news. Before joining WB56, she worked as the weekend meteorologist for WFOR-TV in Miami. She was a meteorologist and reporter at News 12 Long Island, a 24-hour television cable news network. WXII-TV is the NBC affiliate of Winston-Salem which is located in North Carolina. The other position she worked in was a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
